SPETIV CONSULTING CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

We pledge that we do not and shall not, during the period of contract with our clients or thereafter, reveal or disclose to any third party or use same to our own benefit any intellectual property developed and/or conceived by us or by others during and after the contract with our clients, which property is deemed to belong to the client or over which the client has proprietary rights.

We do not and shall not disclose information deemed confidential during the discharge of our duty to unauthorized persons within or without our consultancy or the client’s organisation, unless formally authorized to do so by the client.

Upon termination of our contract for any reason whatsoever, we shall promptly surrender to the client all copies of any of the foregoing, together with any other documents, materials, data, information and equipment

belonging to or relating to the client’s business in our possession, custody or control, and we shall not thereafter retain or deliver to any other person any of the foregoing or any summary or memorandum thereof. 

We shall also not divulge any of the above in writing or verbally to any third party, natural persons or corporate body except with the prior authorization of the client.
