Our Company Representative
Ivo N. Mesumbe is a corporate administrator. He is the founder of and principal consultant at SPETIV Consulting, a Human Capital Management and Projects Consultancy that provides HR solutions to over 25 institutions across Africa, Europe and North America particularly in the areas of compensation & benefits management, organization & people development, recruitment & talent management. As a Human Resources Executive, Ivo has extensive corporate experience, particularly with construction, oil & gas, intergovernmental and charity organizations.
He has held several key positions with the United Nations Organization and with companies such as Shell E&P, Speicapag and WWF. He is currently the Head of Organization & People Development with Sinopec/Addax Petroleum.
Ivo is also a spiritual leader, founder and pastor of Christ Life Fellowship, The Family Church of Douala, which is a multicultural, non-denominational Bible-based church with strong family orientation.
A Chevening scholar from Cambridge University (UK), holder of an MBA from Rome Business School (Italy), a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography & Environmental Sciences from the prestigious University of Buea (Cameroon), Ivo is best known for helping people and organizations thrive through challenging times. He is anointed in the ministry of prayer, healing, teaching, and counselling.
